Brian Morrison graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree from The University of Texas - Dallas, in 1992, and has over 18 years experience in the Finance Industry. After many years at Citifinancial, followed by 5 years at the largest mortgage lender in the nation, Brian Morrison branched out to expand the number of programs and guidelines available to him. As a vendor for Del Walmsley's Lifestyles Unlimited, Brian Morrison has increased his skill set specialty on investment properties and hard money loans in addition to primary residence purchases and refinances. We are able to get customers the best wholesale rates and programs possible, and not be limited to just one company's products or guidelines. From Hard Money lenders to investment properties, to primary residences, Brian Morrison has become an industry expert on these programs.
